Terms & Conditions — neon4

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Platform — whether or not you have registered an Account — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the neon4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Platform and all related services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout a Member's use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. neon4 applies a minimum age of 21, which is stricter than the statutory minimum in many jurisdictions, reflecting the Company's commitment to responsible gaming.
2. Residency: These Terms are primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. You must not access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to register.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Not a Company Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of neon4 or any of its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Member Account or to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
6. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by neon4 or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.

To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and have your Account approved by the Company. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change after registration.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, neon4 will require you to complete a KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a current passport. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method — may be requested at the Company's discretion. Verification is typically completed within two business hours during operating hours of 08:00–22:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB).

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion will be applied. The amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your Balance without any exchange-rate deduction or spread.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

neon4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account was registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• The Member is or has become ineligible under Clause 3;
• The Account is being used in a manner that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require the Company to take such action.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members or friends.
• You must select a strong, unique password and update it regularly. neon4 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
• You must notify neon4 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting us at support@neon4.vip.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Members and is strongly recommended. When enabled, a one-time code is sent to your registered Indonesian mobile number upon each new login attempt.

neon4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

neon4 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Supported methods include major Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable processing fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving bank processing delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
• neon4 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which neon4 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made to neon4 are for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

7.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. See Clause 4.2 for details.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account dashboard.
• Any active Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements will be clearly displayed at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus wagering requirement is active may result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds per Clause 8.

7.2 Processing Timeframes

• Standard Members: Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business hours of approval during operating hours.
• Gold & Platinum VIP Members: Withdrawal requests are processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours (22:00–08:00 WIB) will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB on the following business day.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Member's Account dashboard. Members who require a limit increase in connection with a verified large win may contact our support team to request a manual review.

neon4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are not available for direct withdrawal. Only winnings generated from real-money wagering that exceeds the wagering requirement become withdrawable.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion page expressly states otherwise.
• neon4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated on the relevant promotion page. Any unclaimed or unused bonus balance will be removed from the Account upon expiry without compensation.
• neon4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except in respect of bonuses already claimed by an eligible Member in good standing.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules published in the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section. The following general betting conditions apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming a wager.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, neon4 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Member's real-money Balance.
• neon4 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits at the product, market, or Member level, with or without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to the Member's Balance promptly following the settlement of each event or game round. Settlement times vary by product; live casino and slot game rounds settle in real time, while sportsbook markets settle within 24 hours of the event conclusion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Member must contact our support team within seven (7) days of the original settlement date. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in any game, feature, or payment system;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other Members, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of disguising your true geographic location;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates other Members or neon4 staff via any Platform communication channel;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of neon4.

neon4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools and policies are in place for all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within their Account dashboard. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen notifications that appear after a set duration of continuous play, prompting a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications will be suspended and the Account will be inaccessible.
• Reality Checks: The Platform displays a running summary of time spent and net win/loss per session on request.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, written copy, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of neon4 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of neon4.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neon4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security under Clause 5;
• Any decision made by a Member in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, neon4's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

neon4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• All personal data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections;
• Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never accessible in plain text, even to neon4 staff;
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law;
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting support@neon4.vip, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

neon4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will provide notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neon4 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For Members resident in Indonesia, neon4 acknowledges that Indonesian consumer protection principles may apply to the extent mandated by applicable law.

16.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact neon4 at support@neon4.vip and allow the Company thirty (30) days to attempt an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.

16.2 Formal Proceedings

If informal resolution is not achieved within the thirty-day period, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral award expressly provides otherwise.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against neon4 in any forum.
